About the brand

Coat Defense is a brand that offers skin care products for animals. Combining entirely natural ingredients without chemicals or prescription-only ingredients, Coat Defense was able to tap into the pet care niche and outsell most of the biggest brands on the market.

The Problem

Coat Defense was doing extremely well in 2020 but the sales in 2021 and 2022 declined so did the ROI and the profit. They tried to work with several agencies for the past 2 years to get the sales and profits back on track but the desired results were not achieved.

The Solution

After auditing their account in detail we saw missed opportunities in all areas. Conversion rate optimization, SEO, and PPC. In the first two weeks, our team optimized all product images, A+ content, and listings (for more organic traffic).

By increasing the conversion rate the PPC results immediately went up. Our team restructured the ad account and launched about 300 new ad campaigns to ensure that we have full control over the ad spend, ACOS, and more importantly profits.

Over the past 12 months, the overall sales on Amazon grew by 80% with an improvement in ACOS and profit.
