Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We are seeking highly motivated sales development representatives (SDRs) with a passion for high-ticket sales.

This is a 100% remote position with a base salary + a scalable commission on sales. You'll be trained directly by our CEO & VP of sales. We are looking for intelligent individuals for high-ticket sales.

We’ve been building OlifantDigital for the past few years. We’re a small very well-organized team. We help e-commerce brands to acquire more customers profitably through our done-for-you agency services.

What you’ll do:

  • You’ll be reaching out to potential prospects from our database on a daily basis using our personalized approach.

  • You'll be updating our VP of Sales for open opportunities and potential clients.

  • You'll continuously grow your knowledge and skill set through training and education.

  • Take full ownership of implementing our customer acquisition strategy.

  • Keeping meticulous records of interactions with leads in our CRM.

  • Leveraging the power of prospection tools to initiate and nurture long-haul relationships with your prospects.

What does the day-to-day look like?

  • 70% identifying and contacting prospective customers via phone, email and other messaging to book Sales Qualified Meetings.

  • 20% attending and supporting Account Executives on customer demos.

  • 10% managing your sales pipeline and other admin tasks.

What we’re looking for:

  • Someone who has at least 1+ year in an interpersonal position (i.e. customer service); Actual sales experience is a plus!

  • Self-starter, curious, and hungry to learn.

  • You understand the psychology behind why people do what they do and can, in a subtle way, show them that you understand their needs.

  • Being organized comes naturally to you. We are not looking for a salesperson who tracks their pipeline on the back of their hand.

  • You consider yourself to be a very good copywriter (English language).

  • Coachable, with an understanding that mentorship is an integral key to success.

  • Critical thinking and strong decision-making abilities.

  • A master of email communication - You keep the inbox at zero.
