Sales Development Rep
Remote | Full TimeOlifant Digital's sales team is seeking a highly motivated sales development rep with a passion for high-ticket sales. You will collaborate with our CEO and VP of sales to continuously improve your sales skills and follow our proven process to acquire more high-ticket clients.
This is a 100% remote position with a base salary + a scalable commission on sales.
What you’ll do:
You’ll be reaching out to potential prospects from our database on a daily basis using our personalized approach.
You'll be updating our VP of Sales for open opportunities and potential clients.
You'll continuously grow your knowledge and skill set through training and education.
Keeping meticulous records of interactions with leads in our CRM.
Leveraging the power of prospection tools to initiate and nurture long-haul relationships with your prospects.
What does the day-to-day look like?
70% identifying and contacting prospective customers via phone, email and other messaging to book Sales Qualified Meetings.
20% attending and supporting Account Executives on customer demos.
10% managing your sales pipeline and other admin tasks.

What we’re looking for:
Someone with great soft skills - fun, likable, and detail-oriented.
Someone who has at least 1+ year in an interpersonal position (i.e. customer service); Actual sales experience is a plus!
Motivated, positive attitude and relentless pursuit of innovation and achievement.
You understand the psychology behind why people do what they do and can, in a subtle way, show them that you understand their needs.
Being organized comes naturally to you. We are not looking for a salesperson who tracks their pipeline on the back of their hand.
You consider yourself to be a very good copywriter (English language).
Coachable, with an understanding that mentorship is an integral key to success.
An entrepreneurial spirit who can effectively execute plans and set goals to achieve.
Critical thinking and strong decision-making abilities.
